Delivery policy

Your order will usually arrive within 24 hours after it has been dispatched by our pharmacy. Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

If you are not home to receive your order, you can use the tracking link to tell Royal Mail where to leave your parcel in a designated safe place. Alternatively, you can choose to collect your order from your local post office.

Please note that delivery may take a little longer if you’re located in a remote area. Orders are processed Monday to Friday; those placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
